I just did the set and I came back to do it again but it wasn‘t there anymore and I was wondering if it wasn’t repeatable or if it is glitched.

It's not under Team Affinity.  It's under Team Builders

It also may change it’s graphic so just look for 84 OVR team builder exchange.  it can look like a gold exchange, rookie premier, or strategy exchange.  It is a chameleon  and unfortunately you can not filter it by team affinity.
