I’m not coming from a place of criticism I’m geniunely trying to understand what you mean. Cowboys did get TOTY players like the above posters mentioned Ceedee Lamb is top dog WR except in speed a free upgradeable Micah Parsons and a Daron Bland 95 all made team of the year. Are you talking about the people who did not make the TOTY ballot like Aubrey, Dak, Martin, either Smith, Etc… or are you talking about the cowboys not getting either of the MVP LTD cards that went to Puka and Kyle that were voted on by the fans? EA and Madden doesn‘t hate the Cowboys they got less on the ballot than I think they deserved but they got some love.

The Cowboys got TOTY players for Micah Parson & DaRon Bland.

Cowboy fans are getting much better theme team players than Steeler fans!

TOTY has never been a direct equivalence to the best players of the year, while there is overlap sure, it is ultimately just most popular.
