95 ROH question

Good day everyone 

  I’m seeing the 95 overall ROH cards have these abilities baked in so my question is do you have to activate all of them or you can choose which ones to activate

It's really kind of bogus, making these cards nearly impossible to use.  For example, uhhh Chris Hinton (LT) comes with liek a 4AP stack.  Who could EVER justify running that much on a single O-lineman?  Some not terrible abilities, but NOT being able to remove any of these is kind of ridiculous.

I know you post good info most of the time so I'm hopefully paying it back. If you have JJ Watt and use the token on him Jonathan Joseph may be the best cb in the game  if you can fit his 4 ap in your lineup. He is one of the few cb's that get Secure tackler and Deep Zone ko. Possibly the only one. I run a 3-4 scheme so he fits my setup. Huge help in the run game having secure tackler on both cb's. Not only for the angry run/freight train metta but also the Rac-em up wr's on rpo's

Interesting, i was slightly undecided on which RoH sets to build, got a lucky pull with LT (from a Step-Up pack), JJ was the very last card i finally added to the roster, but i've DEF slept on the potential of Jonathan Joseph, will have to take a deep dive into that this weekend.  After adding TroyP I seem to have an abundance of AP on defense for the first time all season, although i'm wildly overpaying for Tariq Woolen's ability stack, I think i've got uhhh 4 or 5AP on him at present, both Deep + Mid Zone KOs, PA and the Universal Coverage X-factor, because 9 plays is a long time to wait for that to activate.

The lack of Mid Zone KO on an outside corner is potentially a deal-breaker for me, but you have no idea how much I appreciate the info here.  I've definitely overlooked much of this RoH promo/content.  Still need to invest a little time later this evening (or weekend) taking a deep dive into the rest of the supporting cast of characters.  Big Ben was the only 95 i really glanced at, although i'm unsure how viable Slinger 5 may be.  I am fully intending to make a few more roster moves this weekend, it took me ~half of last evening to start getting things dialed in, but still tinkering around the edges.  I'm gearing up for a H2H Seasons playoff run.  Hopefully I get to that late tonight.
