No you can only get them by completing all 32 Team Diamond sets
Figured that might be the case. First year playing MUT so I wasn't sure. Seems like all cards released so far have been obtainable in packs (even if just for a brief time).

Typically later on some cards become only obtainable from sets , or buying said card from the auction house after
