I've been waiting for months for a good Jared Goff QB card. And when they release one, they give him a CB card..... Can I use him at QB somehow? I mean does he still have upgraded stats for QB?

Not a dumb question at all. Unfortunately you will NOT be able to use the new Backyard Ballers card at quarterback. Your best option at QB for Goff is still the 92 Stocking Stuffer card from December.

I’d say if you like Goff or are running a Lions TT, why not! I mean sure it’s at end-game time of year, so Tebow will still be you’re main guy, but might as well run some fun methods in game. Plus I bet he’s super affordable right now.

Tebow is very nice. Good throws and can also run with the ball. Just bought Goff 92, but true maybe Lamar is a good choise!

Yeah he does! Using his 92 now (94 with 50/50 TT). And got Stafford 98 at backup. I mean, right now I just want to enjoy the game so why not

I believe there was a glitch in the past (not sure if it is still a thing in Madden 23) that would place the highest OVR player on your offense if you were missing a player on defense (specialists included) and vice versa. Never experienced this myself but I have seen others end up with their QB as one of their CBs.
Like Busta said, you will not be able to use Goff's CB card at QB (your best bet is to use either his 92 Stocking Stuffers card or use Lamar Jackson's Free Agency card since he gets all 32 NFL Team Chems).
