My best guess is he carries over and upgrades throughout the year

Will the card be actionable? If so then I might do all the rookie sets but if it's not then not worth doing all the sets for a card that I will not use as I tend to run colts only players.

But I will say Hutchinson is an amazing athlete and will be a force in 23-24 season.
