Yea he will, EA said it in a tweet. You can just build him just to sell him if he's not amazing like I'm doing.

Honestly not disappointed, it’s not like I lost anything grinding for him and he should be a solid addition to start 24. It’s cool

If EA stays on pattern its going to be a rollout & stretch year. So a slower DE is going to be useless
