This right here.  If there are no more double 0 AP buckets, there is zero reason to swap out players.  Everyone has 99 stats in almost every position right now so cheaper abilities would make people upgrade.

Thanks for transcribing this.  My head was spinning as he said it during GMM.

Sounds like the only unique ability discounts (for zero) will be in the last bucket from now on.
