Sure but I doubt that just because you started old gen it’s going to auto put all of your players on old gen. EA knows that’d lead to mass refunds in the current situation.

How do you even get a refund? At this point o have sent a dozen messages to EA Help asking for content on Xbox X or a refund and have been stuck in an endless loop of different people offshore referring me to the post about the issue. They completely ignored multiple refund requests. 
 

The only “helpful” response that I got is that there is no timeline for the fix and everyone missing week old content they paid for just has to be “patient”.
