I've been playing MUT since it's inception in 2011 I've been playing Madden since the 90's. In that span of time I've never cheated the system in any way whatsoever and until now I've not had an issue. Today I got hit with a "coin distribution sanction" and my 4,082,000 wiped from my account. I spend hundreds a year in real money on this game and this year was no exception. And my reward for loyalty to this franchise and all the money spent over the years is to wipe my coin stack and make me want to never buy another Madden game again. I've contacted support but I doubt they'll fix their mistake. People make posts like mine and I'm sure you all instantly go to "dude cheated the system and got caught" but what's more likely, that after all these years of playing this game and this mode and never being banned or sanctioned I just up and decided to buy & sell coins this year or that EA is banning a lot of people in waves and mistakes are happening?
I just got banned for buying 90 Beastmode and 90 Fitzmagic This game sucks
Truly sucks man. They have to stop doing this
This shouldn't happen to people by mistake and there most certainly should be a better way to arbitrate disputes than emailing them and hoping they respond. They've lost me if they don't fix this I'll never buy another EA game again.
It seems like they're more interested in banning people for buying too many cards than actually fixing their shithole of a game. I might just call it quits right here.
I remember last week when we were talking about the strat cards that this was happening, did you buy one of those strat cards?

No I didn't. I wanted to buy bcs people were being banned I didn't. I really haven't done anything other than what I always do. Buy cards low & sell high. I do use the app & game to sell my cards but I've never failed a captcha and I'm not banned from the game or the auction house they pretty much just robbed me and left it at that. But why would I put another cent or minute into this product after they've done me like this? And it's a joke the only way to have someone help you in 2022 is via email and the potential 30 day wait.

Same thing happened to me last week, exact same thing. My team was an 86 and I had 600k, don't even log in everyday. Got banned for coin distibution....lol. I don't play online , age has pretty much killed my "fast twitch reflexes", and Ive played the game since the 90's. Certainly didn't have enough coins that i would have bought any, wasn't leveled up all the way and my team was built with free players.
Perma banned and EA's reputation is that noone that doesn't have a social media presence gets back on.
People always post the same crap that banned people did something and there is more to the story....I guarantee they'll feel differently when it happens to you, and the way it's going...it will at some point.
I'll admit if I did anything wrong, I absolutely did nothing wrong for the ban and wipe

Yeah I feel it bro, EA sucks when it comes to this. I got banned last year and didn't get a response until about 2 weeks later and all they said was that it was a justifiable ban and will be upheld. I think you're in luck though due to all the screw ups and bans in the past week so they just might reverse everybody's whenever they address the issue and I hope you're a part of that fix bro, truly.

This is something the community should amplify honestly. With the frequency and number of people being affected by this it's something the higher ups at EA need to address. If they don't want my money every year I'll happily spend it elsewhere on something else. I created a case on EA.com but I doubt anything comes of it. When I go to ban history the only thing listed is today's BS and the reason is left blank. So I don't even get a reason for why they robbed me other than the email that was your standard ban email mentioning coin distribution.

You know we put up with a lot of BS when it comes to this game and we still tell ourselves it's worth playing despite the bugs, missing rewards and XP etc. And then stuff like this happens and it's just not acceptable. I appreciate your comment.

They haven't recognized the game is a mess, no way they acknowledge their anticheat is broken and unban people

Definitely! And see a big part of the reason why we put up with it is just because there are no other football games made by anyone else, so they screw us and we can't do anything about it.
I've had a theory for years that EA themselves are running most of these coin distribution sites. That would explain why streamers get away with promoting them in their videos despite coin distribution being a violation of TOS. If EA didn't own these sites they'd have YouTube pull their videos and they ban their EA accounts. And think about the genius of it EA takes in money from the game store & via selling coins so they know exactly who is on the level and who's not bcs they control both methods of MUT coin sources. But they have a serious issue with their auction house and whatever algorithms are flagging people for bans. They don't have to admit that publicly but they are losing money over the long term banning legit paying customers like me by mistake.

Yeah that never made sense how you have these big streamers promoting coin selling and they dont get banned. Obv thats at least how they start their coin stack and I guess if you spend enough weekly for them youre good.
