Got him to first 99 last week.  Should get final upgrade this week

With chems he‘a at 99 but I still need about 100 wins and 60 sacks to be fully upgraded. I’ve only played about 30 solos in the last month or so. Should have him done this week.

Shocked there isn't more people with 99 ovr.  Seems like every other person that I play against has him fully maxed.
