Im confused on the free AKA and Legends players. Should I just wait for one that I want on my team? are we going to be able to get more than 1 this year? Haven’t looked at the sets too much just know it’s different than last year
You can definitely get more than one free Legend/AKA. For example, I previously selected Randy Moss for my first free legend and will be selecting my 2nd legend next week (I am waiting for the leaked Herman Moore).
Whether or not you 'wait' is up to you. The most recent free AKA/Legends will always be near the top OVR on their release date, so you're always getting the same value relative to the field of cards at release time. Some people prefer to hold their tokens for players they like/expect, others choose to hold until near the end of the promo to ensure you get as many high OVR cards as possible, and others will choose immediately when they have enough tokens. Note that waiting leads to an increase in OVR per token spent, but doesn't necessarily increase your time with top-end card(s), as taking an 85 when 85s are top end is equivalent 'value' as selecting a 92 when 92s are the top end.

Very well said Normally i hold these Until the end or i see a Player i want and then use the tokens. We should be able to get a couple of these from AKA's & Legends before the Next wave drops.Last year Legends ended at 94 or 95's and AKA's was 92 then we got UL's and the 2nd part of AKA's that Both went to 99 ovr and i used mine tokens for the last drop on each and had Top end Players for Free.

Awesome thanks for the response!
I for one am waiting...not because they ovr gets higher (as an earlier poster noted...the value is the same). I'm holding because as of right now...I don't need any of them (I want a few of them...but...the current cards are still good). Figure once my cards are outdated and well behind (2 or more ovr) then I will be able to grab 2-4 top end cards to replace them. Some of the BNDs we have gotten are still really good.
I always tell people that you want to use these tokens to get OL and DL. All of the other positions need to be updated more frequently to stay competitive. Like an 86 Larry Allen still starts on any team, but a 86 corner with 85-86 speed got benched like 3 weeks ago. Last year, the final AKA drop had Terminator (Aaron Donald) which played will into 95s being released since it had Unstoppable Force x-factor.
Just my 2c.
