The cards themselves are great, but I was hoping for a few more new Legends (at least new to Madden 23).

Deep in is mid compared to deep out though. Moss still has the better ability discounts

I actually use Deep In more often than Deep Out in my scheme.

 So I had an All-Madden 2 theme (12-12) / (40-40) Legends team.  

Did they mention there would be any sort of bonus Attributes for owning all of them, similar to the way we had to have 12-12 AM2 cards in order for the non-legends like Kupp/Parsons/Donald to get the +1 attributes bonuses?

Ahhh guess your lucky then. I'm a corner route machine so I need deep out. Might just stick with Moss.
