GS is animation throwing. Not Velocity. There may be some extra hidden points/coding somewhere if youre already at 99 and not slinger 1 to give you a bit more velocity but I havent tested that yet (and Im not sure if anyone has. Again thats a lot of tedious boring work I dont want to do counting frames). 

Meta = BEST IN SLOT. Cost doesnt matter. Allen is good and free which currently would be a budget beast if you can get that high but not meta. Nobody is going to overtake Elway at all period unless they get a higher speed/running stats because he already meets all the throwing thresholds and has slinger 1. So unless we get another QB Henry like last year, then nobody is going to beat him. Rodgers possibly could depending on his discounted abilities but their thresholds will be the same anyway and he may be slightly faster.

Meta is best of the best... people try to emulate being the best and because its the best theyll try to use it, even if theyre bad. Meta chasers. 

Just because its good and most people use/abuse it doenst mean its the best, it just may be more accessible.
