It's called planning. They had their title update. It's really not hard to have your product ready on time.
I've played Madden since day 1 in 1988. The last few years have gone incredibly downhill. The first year of MUT was handled better than this.
It's because of zero planning and manpower. The number of people who currently work on MUT , you can count on 1 hand and I'm not exaggerating.

Shouldn't have to be a choice. Maybe I'm too old school but in my line of work I expect my team to be efficient and get things done when they're supposed to. Not too much to ask.
So I guess the response is, I'd rate it be timely AND correct, which is the definition of efficient.

I'd rather things be done properly and on time. If I had the same attitude in my own job, I'd expect to lose it.

There are many things they need to do to provide a better product, but a simple fix for this case would be to stop having title updates on the same day as major content releases.
