Any easy ways to get interceptions in solos or solo battles?

Well one thing I can tell you is that if you get a solo battle playing against a mobile/speedy quarterback the odds of you getting picks are going to go down significantly. Simply because a lot of the time if none of the CPU's initial reads are open they just scramble. Great for fumbles, bad for interception hopes.

Rookie mode, send 4 for pressure, I like Dime or NIckel cover 2 man and play DB's to the Inside

I did the Training Camp/Scrimmage/ 'stop their advance' challenge on defense, don't allow 25 yards and they keep throwing.

Then run cover 3 deep zone. Pinch everyone down and user dline. Don't go for a sack and let them throw it. Seems to get picks fairly often.

Shading coverage inside has made the most significant difference for me.
