Sitting at about 5 million coins, but want to know if there’s a set I can do to make profit while I wait for mystery pack return or maybe even for lucky TVPs

Generally you can ask yourself "Would I want to buy that card?"

If the answer is yes, there is a decent likelihood it can yield some profit.

The other thing to consider is what is snipable, the supply of what is available to you should influence your choice on what set to build.

When a new promo drops, the new champs will be inflated, but packs will be being rapidly opened, flooding the heroes (97's) on the auction house, with many being below price. DIdnt hear that from me tho
