No. I received all the ones I earned. I would be surprised if people that haven't received them will receive them now.
I didn't get the ones from the 7th, but I did from the 9th. They said on GMM to contact EA Help. EA Help told me that they were aware of the issue and had people working on it. Not sure when/if there's going to be a fix though......
I know EA was telling folks that used their Phones that had the issues to try and refresh their inventory page as of Yesterday and see if you could claim them yet so if you have not tried that then give that a shot but they're aware and were working on it.
Going forward i would suggest getting an (auto claim on your PC) so you'll never have to claim them again. Just simply refresh the stream (When they go live)and bam your drops will claim and restart the counter on their own.

I claimed them all from my computer. EA CS just keeps saying it's known issue and links me to their help page. -____-
