We’re now what a week and a half before Xmas and I just wanted to bring up the fact that they still haven’t given me the 4600 madden preorder points from when I preordered in June(which is where they scammed me and never gave me my free GT for last years game for preordering) and then August came around and they addressed it and said fixes would be coming out in waves and no other waves ever went out from my understanding. Anyone else still in the same boat? I’ve obviously given up they are so inept as A company that glitches are still happening and not being fixed so it’s no surprise.

Appreciate the response. Yeah I’ve tried A couple times over the last few months. I just tried one more time today and opened a new case but every time before, a new advisor would keep reaching out asking for the same information. I’d give them it and then they’d say that they are aware of the problem and working on a fix. That was back in sept and October. I then just gave up but like I said decided to try one more case today. Im just curious to see if everyone elses got resolved or not cause it was a big issue

Listen man... just listen. Don't tell this man EA help is going to do anything. You'd just be getting his hopes up (if he believed this crock which I sincerely doubt he will) for absolutely no reason. EA Help should be called EA waste your mf time. The best part about EA help is after you get some bullshit reply and tell them that it didn't help you then they send you A DIFFERENT INDIAN who also can't fucking help you. I think if they canned that whole operation and got rid of the hundred Indians, they could get TEN American citizens to do a better job running it.
I remember like 15 years ago when I called 1-800-4-MYXBOX and got a guy named Steve how THRILLED I was. I was jubilant, like finally I don't have to try and explain what my problem is (because I have a problem right, I'm already irritated as is) across this ridiculous language barrier. Simple fix and the guy was so knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.
For some contrast I went to EA help a couple months ago to report a freeze glitcher who was on Playstation (he was on Playstation so I couldn't report him from my xbox) and I swear to God I talked to at least 5 different people who didn't know wtf they were doing OR what I was telling them. They kept telling me to use the in game option to report the guy... you mean you want me to report his team name? It's cross platform. I followed the directions exactly as they were written on the website and all they did was fucking SPIN me. I'll see if I can find some of the emails real quick... BRB.
Here's a good one from EA after I followed the exact steps on how to report players who use exploits or cheats. I even explained to them how the glitch was executed and included pictures with timestamps.

We as a community will ultimately have to hold the company accountable because they don't give a SINGULAR fuck about any one of us individually. It's like they're just seeing what they can get away with at this point. Sad the level of abuse we take from this company just because they have exclusive rights to the NFL.
Sorry for the tirade but EA Help is the biggest joke of all time. I've NEVER gotten worse customer service than EA "help" whether in person, over the phone, or online with any other establishment or company. Period, point-blank.

I couldn’t agree more man. Had 8 different people asking me all the same questions without ever helping or fixing the problem. I definitely don’t have my hopes up hahah great story tho

I bought gold for world of warcraft from some Chinese people over a decade ago and that little gold selling operation had better customer service than EA, a triple AAA, American based video game company. Insane.

Don’t worry they closed my last attempt as fixed with no one reaching out to me. It’s honestly so Unbelievable but then I think that it’s EA and I’m not shocked at all
