Just got the game on game pass and see how annoyed people get about the game lol. I enjoy football and enjoy the game, so if anyone has accounts and players just sitting there and want to be generous, that’d be great! I’m on Xbox btw.

If you enjoy the game, knock out all solos you can, very easy to build up a team with the latest rewards, it will just take some time but a couple of hours each day for a week will surprise you.

That's good. Not exactly peak entertainment but I would watch the ones where they have a certain amount of time to construct a no money spent team.
The TOTW solos are probably the best place to start. Just completing the first challenge of every week awards you a BND player with a chance at a fairly good one (I managed to pull a 95 at one point)
After that just search for challenges that give you player cards as certain milestones
