antitwisted said:This is pretty extreme thinking, likely due to bias. It is not 100% true, Jason Witten is not proof, nor is any case of weaker cards outplaying strong ones. DDA is not the only explanation when the game is made by lazy, incompetent developers. Correlation does not equal causation. Evidence or supporting of the case for DDA, sure, but not proof.
DDA isn't the only conclusion that can cause this when we've seen plenty of terrible glitches go unchecked before reaching deployment, and often to the point of taking forever to be addressed. Or never addressed... subbing at the play calling screen for example, especially with a package..lol they maybe don't even play their own game. This example has been an issue with every madden for years.
Biggest case against DDA imo, at least being intentionally programmed into online play, is why would they do that? The one common theme is that EA is greedy as hell. Why would people wallet up for cards that don't even play better than pack trash? There may even be a potential class action lawsuit against overselling/overcharging for products less than advertised in there.
However, the fact that EA IS negligent or lazy as hell when it comes to everything besides selling digital cards brings up a significant possibility imo. There have been sliders, momentum changes and difficulty adjustment settings etc programmed in just about every version of madden. So when EA states DDA is not in the game or affecting online play, it's possible they BELIEVE that, but overlook that it's actually happening in some cases. Possibly a glitch causes it to occur in some games it isn't supposed to. Would explain how it gets past their QA/QC, if they even have any.
You're not making sense bro.
Please explain to me logically how an 83ovr Ceedee Lamb can compete with cards NOW?
Listen to what you're saying...A bug? Yeah right. You're grasping at straws bro.
There's no way an 82 speed RB and 81 speed TE (At the time) should outrun 90 speed defenders, not cook them on routes.
