Are Full ULs still in TVPs?

Been ripping TVPs for a while now and haven't come across any full ULs. Am I just unlucky or did they remove them?

Yeah, I pulled a full Night Train today but I didn’t pull any 98’s or 99’s. Idk if it’s because there’s a lot less people ripping TVP’s but I was pulling quite a few 98’s and 99’s a couple weeks ago.

yes they still in TVPs. just not easy to pull em

I’ve only pulled 97 and 98 Full ULs out of TVPs, but I know there’s 99s in there

My money is on no. I haven’t seen one in 4 days. I think they nerfed the TVP overall and didn’t tell anyone. All just common strats and uniforms now

What full UL's I've pulled this week have been 97-98, not one 99. The one GT I pulled was virtually the least valuable one on AH, ended up just QS'ing it.
