i have McNair and he is going for almost a million… thinking I make some coin by selling him and getting Herbert. They play identical? Obviously the abilities are the same and the release is the same. I don’t scramble that often with my QB.

If you don't scramble often, I'd say save the coins and go with herbert.

I have had both and byfar herbert is way better and herbert is 700k cheaper.

I’ve had both and only went to the Super Bowl with mcnair
lots of variables obvi but I play better with mcnair lol I don’t even scramble so the speed boosts do nothing for me
i originally had herbert but decided to try McNair since I won Herbert in a giveaway he would take over for a bit, won a Super Bowl, got my Herbert and sold McNair, didn’t make a bowl, but also did do more mut champs. QS that Herbert because it was a giveaway And got McNair. Made it tot he bowl first season ( loss) then wom the bowl in my next season.
tbh if you’re a pocket passer, they’re the same card but for some reason I just had more success with McNair lol

From what I understand, you have to use the token on Herbert and if you do your getting pass lead elite over set feet lead which is better.
Mcnair edges out for me because I'm legend TT.
Ultimately they have a slight kead over others to be the top 2. I think it just comes down to preference. I'm quite happy with mcnair personally.

I've used both and love both. Only reason I picked up McNair over herbs is because I run a legends team. Herbert is definitely a top 3 QB in the game though and is cheaper. Their ability stack costs the same too 3 AP for golden set up, if you have the upgrade token for Herbert.

That's one of the main differences is you need an upgrade token for Herbert to get the God stack and you dont with McNair. I have a few players that I'm already using tokens on so it made more sense for me to roll with McNair until Goff comes out :)

Herbert's cheaper and better, even with the upgrade token. The height seems to make some sort of difference as well

I run 40 legends TT so I have 3 tokens I was utilizing . I made the switch to Ulegends oline recently and with AKA edge rushers. I don't have the ability to use much game changers because none are legends sadly. I actually have one token player out of lineup ATM. And one is on fuller who is in one lineup probably 20% of snaps lol. Other is byard whom I loveeee

McNair is a trash card.
Herbert is better than McNair and Dimebag Danny is better than Herbert.

I think the reason is because McNair has more speed than Herbert with the same ability combo. Herbert handles pressure better than McNair but McNair has room to throw the ball away oppose to Herbert. I don't think height for the quarterback matters is just who can get the ball out their hands with pressure or no pressure in their face.
(yes, I had fearless on both I think it comes down to traits and ideal is the best for any quarterback now.)
