Are some of you resistant to going back to "older" cards that still work for you?

Man, Bo was my best SubLB user...yet I find my self continually trying out different cards as my user because Bo is an "old" card and the shiny new cards look better and seem to have better ratings...but Bo was still a better user - for me personally - why is it that I am trying to avoid going back to what works? 

Do you guys find yourselves doing that also?

Every card on my team is outdated... except for maybe Gravedigger and I'm not moving on from him anytime soon since he was free.

Of course, my situation is primarily affected by my coin stack (currently a measly 540k, although I expect it to grow if/when EA finally gives me my makerights *sigh*)

I did do this a lot last year though, the most obvious time being when both Russell Wilson and Randall Cunningham 98 FA were available and I kept going back and forth because everyone said Cunningham was better but I liked Russ more

See, this is why sometimes it isn't necessarily great to have a coin stack like I currently do. It makes me wanna try every card I can instead of just using the cards that have been successful. The good thing is, every now and then i find one that I really like.....such as TOTW Kittle , TOTW Danny Dimes, Legend Haynes, Legend Owen Daniels, which is an awesome card powered up. But there are duds also. I used to get so much pressure with Bruce Smith and D Ware....now I subbed in JJ Watt Milk Man and it's only Bruce that gets near the QB. I tried Honey Badger because he's new and shiny and had great tackling abilities but as a user I hated the card.

Agreed. And when I had 1 million+ coins in my stack, all I wanted to do was blow it on packs... which I did and paid for it. Now that it's about half what it should be, I have to play smarter and make decisive upgrades.

my cards are all bnds and my biggest out dated big player is CK2K, but theres no cheap rbs better than him

Still a tough card to stop with human joystick but with the amount of DBs and LBs with crusher and enforcer, you kinda need a 2nd option.

Yeah, i really only use him in the pass game, and even that i dont use a lot, i just cant afford anyone else. Do you know any budget beasts at RB? I have litterally no coins, but can probobly save a bit

Both Haynes and Daniels were LTD

I assume you might mean powered up by Team Chem/Strat Cards and not powered up like Set Legends? 

Going back to what you said in your OP, I try new cards out and get rid of them if I dislike them or if I prefer the cards they replaced and want to go back to them.
