They were only back for a limited time. It said on the store that they would be here until today at 10 AM.

Probably in the minority, but if you have extra training or players you can QS for training, I’d open these instead of the TVP. Pulled 2 88 QS items out of like 8 pulls. Odds are increased for sure

it depends on luck but you can force out a 99 every 30-50 packs if you want to

tcp>tvp, I had trash luck on both, but I was pulling lots of bare minimum from each and the worst you can get on a tcp is better than the tvp
