Are Theme Teams even worth it?

I wanted to do a theme team, but are they even worth it since the game is all about abilities and certain cards have cheap or 0 ap abilities?

If you like a team well enough def. Otherwise just use whatever cards you want.

Theres enough fillers you can do a TT and still make up for week spots

I would only really do  a theme team for the speed boosts. I believe you need 50 player for plus 1 speed, right?

No, just 40 players for +1

Yep. imo not necessary at this point with the speed boost strats.

you would save me time if you could tell me which strats give speed boost. i looked weeks ago and coudnt find any speed boost strats for whole team.
