Are they ever going to fix the companion app?

The companion app never works the only thing you can do I buy cards you can’t sell cards or open packs or do sets. The thing that annoys me more is the other day when I was loading up the game it advertised the companion app don’t advertise something that doesn’t work!😤

all i ever see on this site is "Is EA ever gonna fix [Insert your choice of issue here]" so if they are they probably arent going to any time soon. sometimes i feel like all any of em ever do during the day is sit at a desk and twiddle their thumbs

Same how can a multi billion dollar company have so many simple issues they should be able to have a simple companion app and have the zc daily login work and have h2h work theres so many broken things that seem so simple

Ik i assumed since they were advertising it would be fixed but of course not i still got hop on my console every time i wanna list up a card or do a set

It's almost as if they have inherited an absolute mess of spaghetti code and they literally have no idea how to program their way out of this disaster.  That's the only thing that makes any damn sense.  That's almost certainly why they'd implement a "fix" only to ultimately have to revert it within a matter of weeks.  This has happened multiple times over the past few months, but i'm thinking specifically of EA attempting to deal with issues surrounding players catching the ball, especially dropping wide-open passes.  It's why we need damn abilities, such as Gift Wrapped, so our professional athletes in this "simulation" fatball experience are able to simply catch the damn ball.

Hell, we started the year and even basic menu functionality was barely working, especially on last-generation consoles.  How many Dev hours do you think they sunk into the Catalogue feature, does anyone even use that?  No, of course not, because whipping out your phone and searching stuff on MUT.gg is way better, faster, easier, more informative, detailed, etc. etc.  These are not the best and brightest bringing us a cutting edge simulation football video game.  They already had to delay Zero Chill because they can't figure out how to implement the gameplay features properly.  I'll be amazed if we make it through the holiday season without some economy-wrecking type glitches or at the very least, some basic gameplay issues that continue to persist.  Hell, i haven't been able to progress my H2H Seasons, nor MUT Champs in well over a month.  UGGH.

It's a damn casino for kids, but we unfortunately have a total of zero other NFL football experiences to go check out in the modern era.  I tried NFL Pro Era on PSVR2, it just doesn't hit the same.  Perhaps I'm just a grumpy old man and need to go spend the rest of my days in Tecmo Super Bowl, but that's hardly the contemporary NFL experience i'm looking for.  Good luck, have fun.  Thanks for tolerating this rant if you made it all the way down.  Bang bang.  🏈

Damn.. sounds something that shouldn't be a problem. Beginning of the game, the app had issues so I waited to give them a fair time. I needed it yesterday to sell some cards and I couldn't even select a player. It used to be a normal working app years ago, now it's just a reminder of how they operate. Sad

Ye so much stuff thats just not working the other thing i hate is old gen so much t=stuff flat out isn't a thing i payed 70 bucks for the game like everyone else i shouldn't have less features. I can't have lurk artist i cant do the new onside kicks i can run match defense just so much stuff. But as you said it's the only football game out there so don't really have any other option.
