All big games have server issues when they drop. Thats a known thing. Thankfully it was only 2 hours.
Even when games do have issues at launch(especially with servers), I still can't see how that's the player's fault. And there are still people who are having issues with the mode, and just generally with the game. A billion-dollar company shouldn't have less polished games than games with scrappy-dev teams.

Even if it's EA, it doesn't make it ok, especially for a billion-dollar company. And this launch of Madden 24 has to be the worst for the series, which is saying a lot about the game. I have never heard of a game where people weren't getting their rewards that they pre-ordered, while people was getting 2x pre-order rewards. EA has never even did that in Madden before. EA hit a new low for incompetence with Madden 24.
