Are You a Spendthrift, a Budgeter, or a Coin Hoarder?

After finishing out MUT 23 taking with me only a handful of Rookie Premier players, I wanted to make sure that a similar promo later this year didn't catch me short on coins. Meanwhile, I've watched the competition pass me by with squads so fast they overwhelmed my 91 OVR defenders. I finally realized that Captain Ronde Barber is not the answer on defense, and went on a 49ers LTD shopping spree. I've still got more than 8 million coins, and I'm not sure why I thought I needed even that many for my purchasing habits (I will not be building a Super Bowl-chemistry lineup).

Do you tend to hoard coins for the day you might need them, spend on items that will improve your lineup significantly, or slap down scratch for items today intending to benefit economically from wins?

I spend too quickly.  I know I should wait for cards to drop a little, but get worried they will go up.  I overspend coins on LTDs mostly.  Luckily through grinding I have been able to afford most cards I have wanted.

I tend to wait for items to drop a little but I'm also willing to pay top price for new cards if they meet an important threshold(this isn't as relevant now but was earlier in the year), get amazing abilities, or I'm a big fan of the player.

i  save coins until the latest promo is a few weeks old.

bring patient saves over  150-200  per player compared to buying them at release

I only get players that fit the scheme I’m running, and I try not to spend more than $300k for any one player (with most being cheaper or NAT). When you account for inflation and cards being devalued over time and the 10% hit from the auction house, it’s not worth buying million coin cards (To me. People should do whatever they have fun doing).

The daily deals have been a good way to slowly and affordably build your squad and occasionally you get something that’s worth coin. 
I will definitely sell it all off when Rookie Premiere comes around.

i build my stack and then wait for the price to drop on cards i want to be closer to the current training value and then will buy

This is my approach as well...I also tend to buy the card I want on day one...play with it...put it on the AH when I go to bed...buy it again the next time I log on to play...rinse and repeat.  Doing this I tend to "kinda" break even (lose a little some days...make a little on others) until the card gets to a price that I don't mind just taking the loss. I have decided that coin stacks don't win me any games...good cards don't either, but...they help more than a coin stack.

You gotta now when to sell and I barely loose coins this way

I wait and try to budget most of the time, example - I usually wait about a week to get a legend I really want or new promo players, waited 6 days to get Berry and got him for 900k which I'm okay with, have about 14.5mil coins, 94 off 92 def 25 Titans / 25 Chiefs

89 ovr team and a gambler will do anything for a mystery pack lol

psa I play online and kill 92-93 teams like crazy
