How important is awareness for linemen this year? Any huge difference in 80-85 Etc? I haven’t read anywhere about it this year. In the past it has been a pretty important attribute

The higher the better. Theres not big thresholds like most others but it does help you out.

You'll notice it on receivers , this seems to indicate how much they'll pay attention to the ball when the pass isn't at the designed route. I think it's also important for FB's and pulling linemen looking for whom to block.
