whats the diff between herbert and stafford release wise? Cuz i used stafford alr and his release was good

sTAFFORD IS 2, HERBERT IS 5. A couple frames on M/L throws. Slightly delay release but its pretty close.

Youll notice a delay but its not like theyre at the bottom of the releases.
