Banned for coin distribution

Looking for advice on how and if it is even possible to get unbanned.

i received an email Monday notifying me that my account was banned for coin distribution l.

it said my coins were wiped and I am locked out of the auction house.

well the auction house ban is true but I still have all of my coins.

The only thing I can think I did was I pulled the ltd last Saturday out of the comp pass legend pack and sold for 2.1 million.

it went more than market value but I also saw one going for 2.3

i thought that was great profit, it’s just pretty useless if you can’t spend it.

i have no idea if that was what the ban is for I can only guess.

i tried appealing it two times, I’m going on appeal number three.

i very much doubt a thorough investigation took place.

At this point i‘m pretty much just venting because it seems like a hopeless situation.

I got a LTD Blitz player from a comp pass TD pack during Blitz and sold it for 2.8M, so I can confirm the market cap is not 2M.

Thankfully no money on packs or I would have been even more mad.

the only points I spent were the ones from the deluxe edition or whatever the highest one there is.

Auto banners suck.

These auto-bot bans are running wild, it's absolutely ridiculous.  I got banned for a similar situation and it was NOT because i purchased coins from any of those sketchy sites.  I bought some low OVR, high-demand Gold player cards (for around 4-5k) and resold them, using the Companion app for ~49k.  BOOM, auto-banned.

EA no-Help is not going to be your solution.  I posted a thread in the past about my own issues.  It is a mostly hopeless situation, however there is a small chance you _may_ be able to get your ban overturned, but it's going to require that you directly write EA's legal office and request Binding Arbitration, as stated in their own Terms of Service.  I'll dig up my post and try to get you a copy of the template i drafted, exactly for this reason.

Unfortunately, it seems my letter was "lost in the mail" or somehow the ZIP code for EA's legal office isn't working out for me.  Could be a USPS issue, i'm not entirely certain.  I just know i'm going to have to go print yet another copy of this bullshit letter and send another certified letter, with delivery confirmation.  GRRR.

Doubt they'll actually strip your coins.  I got to spend all 3M of mine, but without Auction House access, it's incredibly difficult to build our squads.

EDIT: here was my original thread, which includes a template you can try to use to force Binding Arbitration clause from ToS.
