They banned BOTH of us from the Auction House (also received an email saying they would wipe our coics) because of Coin purchasing or whatever they call it and/or whatever else.

I'm trying to enjoy time with my SON. Not create a god squad etc. I'm about to be done with Madden altogether after this. No point in playing and especially not if the two of us can't even spend time playing a GAME

I get what you did, but you used a sub account to move coins. EA is going to flag that. It's why they did away with the trade block. People were trading their sub accounts cards worth 20K for cards worth 300K.

You can contact them and tell them you had no idea it was a TOS violation. I wouldn't tell them that you did it to get enough coins for Henry....maybe they will overturn the ban if they believe you were just trying to get your son some cards. Sound like a sub account to me though and EA does not like transactions between sub accts.

So you don't have to do any digging, here is the original thread (from SEPT `23) that i posted whining about my own personal situation. Be advised that i spent ~5 pages crying about it, based on little to no understanding of what happened. All i knew was that i never bought or sold anything from sketchy third-party sites.

More importantly, you may find value in this Binding Arbitration letter / template i cobbled together with some basic research, ChatGPT and feedback from the community members who had much more knowledge and experience on the topic. Please be advised that i am definitely not an attorney, nor qualified to provide legal and/or financial advice. Good luck to you, this truly sucks. Extremely difficult to build an Ultimate Team when we can't acquire cards from the auction house. Trust me, i know.

I've started casually poking at MyTEAM in NBA2K, i obsess and stress over that a LOT less. Madden is just so full of warts... and after a full calendar year and hundreds of hours invested into the game, it's all i can see. This pay to win game brings out the worst in all of us, at times. I've over-reacted and behaved poorly in the past, borderline toxic from time to time -- the only silver lining is that EA is forcing my hand, making it more and more difficult to care. The chances of me purchasing Madden `25 are slim to none. Hope something above is relevant and can potentially help your cause. Hard to explain to a nine year old how something as simple and seemingly innocuous as buying or selling cards in a literal trading card game becomes against the ToS. Oof.
