Got banned from MUT for “cheating” about 3 weeks ago. No response from EA. Anyone ever actually get through with EA and solve their case? Feels like I’m doomed but my team was so damn good I just wanna have it back lol. Hopefully someone can help

You can get banned for cheating? Ive never even seen anyone cheating against me. Cheesing, yes. Exploiting weaknesses in the game programming, yeah, see it every 3 matches or so. But IDK how someone could straight up cheat.
Only bans I have heard of have to do with the auction house.

I was banned and so was peatrick (I think, or maybe redelphia), and we were both reinstated or whatever. I followed up with new tickets like once a week. Took 2-3 weeks I think. I've never been able to get back into MUT but they said I'm unbanned.
I ended up making a new account a couple days after the ban cause I was bored. Just stuck with it because they can't seem to get MUT to show up for me.

It was redalpha. Took him 23 or 24 days to get reinstating. Something like that.

Couldn’t tell you brother I’m not sure how to even cheat in madden? Unless someone reported me bc i went on to win the superbowl that night I got banned. I saw something to saying that if you quit games you can get banned for cheating

Yeah isn’t that crazy? My and my 2 friends got banned at the same time. We won the Super Bowl that night so not sure if they thought we were doing something sketchy. We honestly were just dogging people.

Yup I got banned for “cheating“ last year. Didn’t even know it was possible to cheat in madden. I talked to a live agent twice, and they are the poeple you should be going to. It took prolly a month to get unbanned. Also keep reporting your ban to ea help maybe weekly and checking your email.

I sent a letter via UPS requesting arbitration. My ban was reversed about two weeks after sending.
