That generic vague thing is all they sent you?! Dude what kind of nonsense is that? That shouldn't even be legal without giving the customer a refund. Dont get me wrong im sure its very legal and im sure its covered in the fine print of their bs agreements, but it shouldnt be. Smh
They should have to give you a timestamp and a video of you breaking the rules in order to ban you. You play dozens of games, how the fuck can they just ban somebody like that?

It's amazing they can just do that tho. They should have to have proof and show you exactly when and how you cheated in order to ban you. You're a paying customer and they just treat you like dogshit, it's terrible dude
Same shit happened to me. Still haven’t had my “review” done and it’s been weeks. I just made a new account and started over. Such bullshit.
The only thing I’ve done that’s remotely questionable was run up stats when champs objectives werent win based. The old fg block back and forth. I don’t think that should get me banned but I haven’t done anything else I’d consider “breaking the rules”.

Lurker here. This happened to me last year a week after I bought Madden 23 during xmas sale. Spent a load of time doing solos to build my team and then played H2H. I've learned that any salty players you played H2H with can report you for 'cheating', and their system will flag then ban you afterward. Like you, I did the appeal process and had to wait for weeks without any response from EA. So, I escalated this even further by filing a complaint to the BBB in addition to filing a complaint to the Attorney General in my State.
After few days or so, it got the attention of EA's marketing manager and she responded directly on BBB, and then expedited the process for me afterward. So.. if you want to do this route then it's your best bet to get a direct response.

I been banned few years ago with same bs message. I asked them what i did to break the rules. Never received any answer. So i harrassed them everyday till they gave me an answer. I was rolling TVP A LOT and it appears that coin stacking is something that can be considered like "cheating". I sniped lots of card to flip for TP and opening TVP's. I was supposed to be permanently banned but i got acces to AH few weeks later. I think i sent easily 200 messages to support. I played the game as it was, why beeing banned because you open packs that are a game feature? I was cruising at 80Mils coins and maybe i was considered as coin seller? I paid the game, i harrass until i get back what i paid for. This beeing said, i was mainly playing the game in solo mode and lot of players got access to LTD cards just with all my pulls so i don't know why i had to be considered like a player that was causing problems to others.
