Joe Burrow threw for 481 and 3 TDS in week 7 and then in week 10 he threw for 355 and 4 TDS, both were better than Tlaws totw card he got

its not just him, Germaine Pratt is having a Pro Bowl year, Cam Taylor-Britt is one of the most underrated rookies, and honestly you could give Tee Higgins a card whenever cause he’s low key as good as Chase, just a different flavor.

They give 2 top cards a week and like 5 total usable cards with each drop.  With there being 650+ starting players in the league, people get missed.  It's a horrible promo, it always has and it seems to get worse every year.  You aren't wrong, but your expectations are too high from this unfortunately.

they just got an 89

The worst part is that we are getting fewer current players this year. We don't have Heavyweights, Rookies, Flashbacks, and Veterans promos, and as a result some of those upgrades aren't happening. It's just the same Legends getting upgrades every month or so. Players like Burrow and Mahomes are getting the shaft, despite being the best in the NFL. I have a Packers TT and the best HB is a FB who gets HB as secondary chem. Aaron Jones is only an 89 OVR and as far as I can tell he's not getting an upgrade anytime soon. At least with Flashbacks or Veterans, he could have easily gotten a better card. I'm sure every team has multiple needs for upgrades that aren't coming. Let's hope Ghosts of Madden has a lot of players in it - not just the nine they usually offer (three each for past, present and future).
