Best 99 OVR Ultimate Legend?

So I’m about to reach the 99 BND fantasy pack from the competitive pass. I have a full 50/50 Cowboys, but a solid 99 will always help, so I’m just curious who you guys think is the best?

To me, it is Revis. Basically has 3 x-factors (UC, bottleneck, one step ahead) without costing any. He is just shutdown. 
however, do not get a free 99 with tokens. Choose player and get their 2 97’s for half that amount and then add 2 96’s for 160k. You can do that twice and end up with 2 99 UL cards for only 320k coins. if you sell one and keep one, you will have a big profit. Otherwise, enjoy both.

Randle or Revis hands down.bro far. I’ve never opened my 99 BND yet. Waiting to see another end game. These ULs are the best cards in tbe game the last several weeks. Far better than GT.

I ended up choosing Revis, so my CB starters are Revis, Horn, Sherman, Deion, & Gilmore, I know only two are Cowboys TT. But hopefully my corners are strong now.
