95 OVR Burton is a beast, best Run Block, Lead Block and Impact Block stats in the game and I believe a 94 overall speed.
Donald Penn with all eight Blocking chems lined up at TE; WW Alec Ingold; RD Gronkowski or GF Shadow Hutchinson with Vanguard Elevation III lined up at FB. Just need enough speed to get these guys in space ahead of the runningback, and the pancakes will come unless you get badly RNG’d.
Combine Te Bo with vanguard lol

95 lead block/94 impact block but what sets him apart is the 96 speed/98 acceleration. Solid strength, awareness, carrying and catching if you decide to untilize him in other ways. He also blocks great on kickoff and punt returns if you put him last on depth chart.

Absolutely he can!!! I have tried Kittle and Gronk both as blocking FBs, and using their Honorary Lineman ability. Penn still out blocks them. Penn puts most defenders (outside of D-Lineman) on their backs, where Kittle and Gronk block them just fine, but the defender most of the time is still on his feet. Penn alot of time will knock one down, and then go try to get someone else. Gronk and Kittle have to stay with the defender and continue blocking because he is still on his feet.
I know the stats show that Gronk and Kittle should be better as a FB blocking, but its really not even close. The only thing i can contribute it to is that Penn is almost 75 pounds heavier than those two... I have tried to move on from Penn so many times with someone who is faster, and has better blocking stats, but i always come back to Penn...

Yeah you are wrong my friend. Ingold gets little to no pancakes because he isn't big enough. Gronk is the best FB in the game (yes ik he isn't naturally a FB) and it isn't even close with Matchup and HL for free

I have him on a TT with HL and he pancakes nobody, not even CBs. Gronk even his 93 consistently with no HL got more pancakes than he ever did
