I think a lot of the All-Madden cards are still pretty strong. Ricky, Derrick Thomas, Bailey, Riley, Lott. The Blitz promo has strong players too. You also might be able to snipe a few 92 Harvest players for cheap (Surtain, JPJ, Mack Hollins, Chinn, etc etc).
