depends on what you consider budget. Under 10/50/100k? 

but 81 Kam Chancellor is insane user for 15k or less

a lot of budget tight ends are awesome they’re so big they get open easier. Darren Waller and OJ Howard are both 100% confirmed budget goons. They will drop some passes here and there but for the price they do very well. 
 

Kenneth walker is a good budget back with good agility and power. Lot of fun to run with. 
 

Jordan Love is amazing for the price compared to 500k for “the best”.

Secondary and wide receiver is where you can’t really get by with budget except tight ends. There is one though who is a must for budget teams. His name is DK Metcalf. He’s really good for 50k

Kam Chancelor 81 is an insane budget beast. 6’3”, 84 speed. he’s isaiah simmons but faster for 15k

headliner OBJ has been very nice too especially for a free card, kadarius toney is easy to get for free too and he’s great. 

nolan smith gold is 83 speed at edge rusher, he’s great also.

Add 80 OVR Irv smith to that list. if you have spot y middle, in gun tight y off, that TE route cooks man coverage. I had a game where he went 5 for 211 and 4 TDs.

I couldn't agree more about Irv Smith, compared to Gesicki he is better (81 Gesicki)

I use irv smith and oj howard and they're both great. I wish I chose likely instead of durant but given this instead, I love the TE combo I got. They get open all the time including even deep. I did use Love for a while too and agree he's a great deal for the price but I now got 86 Bryce Young who is better overall imo. I don't care about ovr but given how close it is I decided to save my coins by selling. I would take Love over 84 Young though.

If you're going for something under 50k then i would look at Jamal Adams. He's been phenomenal for me sicne he was solid speed with good zone and hit power

I’m rocking him, TB Joey Blunt and 84 Kam as 3 3 LBs in 3-3 atm. they’re all fast and they scream in on the blitzes. And then when I drop Em all back in coverage and scheme em up they’re perfect.
