I would just say try to get every position under 50k. Taylor Heinicke from Mission Mut Renegades looks pretty insane for a budget card

I mean a good cheap team is going to be a full BND players of at least 95 from combine or more so the 96+ that 3 programs have currently. Do the sets, sell the master and keep the BND but it does take some coins to start those off.
Otherwise youre just going to be picking and choosing budget guys at that level but you wont have nearly the same level players.
