I'd wait until golden tickets are in packs at a minimum. Later this week.

Please don’t buy bundles. it’s really not smart to do ever but this late in the year it’s just silly

madden 23 comes out in a couple months

Pretty much this. Its never worth it for this game but after Halloween/Christmas its really not. 

If youre dead set on something wait till GT come out and use it then. 

Supposedly getting TVP so thatll help.

Others may disagree, but I love UL bundles.  They've been a great value for me and they have helped make my team really good.
