Legends. Week 7. First Paul Krause challenge.
Legends Week 3 Bruce Smith challenge 1 2 is slightly harder. An all out blitz with a good defense gets Tua every time and Aaron Rodgers in challenge 2 most times
Solo battles on easy
Definitely solo battles on easy. But turn your tackling to conservative and don't even think about hit sticking. The biggest problem is a one sack fumble.

They are correct Solo Battles on Rookie is the easiest pick the easiest team of the 4 and like was mentioned hit stick=fumble every time. you just have to have time to play the whole game but you can farm so many stats that way. The Bruce Smith Legends is my don’t have time for a full game method.

Typically just playing some Solo Battles on minimum (Veteran) difficulty in order to continue gaining progress for various Field Passes is the way to go. You can call Spinner on basically every down and will get so many sacks, it's ridiculous. The computer will often struggle against all out pressure, such as FS Zone Blitz, DB Fire 2, Spinner, etc. Of course they'll still manage to burn you big once in a while, but that'll be rare.
You can also get in the habit of pass committing on basically every down, which should help improve the pass rush. You can fulfill your entire Sack in-game requirements from a single day's worth of Solo Battles (4-5).
