It honestly depends on the formtation that I am going up against. For example I can lock down trips players with 6-1 pretty effectively, whereas I may use Double mug or Dime 3-2 to defend bunch or doubles.

Ive been enjoying the raiders playbook thats has both the double mugg and the 4-2-5 nickel with some good match cov 4 quarters. like runnings 5 safeties and 2 CBs lol or 5-3 in dime.
