Honestly, I run Donald and then a DE at my 2 DT spots.....I find speed on the inside makes a difference, so someone like Kearse on the inside has been more effective
If my opponent runs the ball more often then I can swap in a big DT like Fridge

That ZC Daron Payne with inside stuff has been absolutely nuts for me. Even has a game ending pick 6 lol. So many times he's taken down the rb before he can even take a step. So many TFLs.
This is with a 50/50 Washington tt. John Allen on the other hand has been incredibly lackluster, even when he was brand new he didn't do anything crazy for me.

Maybe it’s the 50/50 team boost but Geno Atkins on Bengals TT is a monster. Just run him with inside stuff and he constantly disrupts runs and I get at least a sack per game from him
I got Lawrence last night and he made an instant impact against the run.
