I have 5 AP to spend and 3 xfactors open. I have 99 CT Aaron Donald, George karlaftis, and Phillips
For dline, I like to go inside stuff for interior lineman and no outsiders for edge defenders. Secure tackler is also a decent choice to help stop xfactor backs. But honestly I would try to stick with free abilities for the most part on the dline. Pretty much any useful dline ability or xfactor gets countered by secure protector.
For Donald, you definitely want to use his relentless career tribute ability combined with double or nothing. It's essentially like having an xfactor without having to use one of your xfactor slots. You could go with colossus Xfactors on Karlaftis and Phillips but it's not really worth it in my opinion when almost everyone seems to have secure protector across the line these days.
I have Donald at DT, Barmore at LE, Brian Burns at RE. Barmore gets free Inside Stuff No Outsiders, Burns free No Outsiders and Reach Elite, and Donald Inside Stuff Double or Nothing and Relentless. D-line is mostly about stopping the run, they will get through with the right blitz plays regardless of abilities.

Agree with this. If a QB rolls out they'll get a sack or from a blitz. Otherwise stuffing the run is huge

On top of those ideas, also make sure your players are fast above basically everything else, so they can catch the QB and so they get there faster after they get past the O-line.
