i mean, "best" would be William Perry and/or Aaron Donald, however Christian Barmore makes my list for non X-factor players who have been doing serious work on my squad. Sure he's technically a LE, but i'm running him as my primary DT in Dollar formations, with Sapp and big George Karlaftis coming off the edges, with their respective X-factors. Having three D-line X-factors active felt liek overkill.

Is he? just wondering cuz I put him on the edge and he hasn’t done to much there so was wondering how good he was at dt
Aaron Donald
The Fridge
Christian Barmore
Harrison Phillips
Phillips rockets to number one or two if the 82 speed doesn’t bother you I hated it so he’s below Barmore who gets no UF or colossus for me

what abilities you running?and we talking the 97 or 99?

Once I situate myself financially Im gonna try for Jalen Carter 97 overall. His 93 played like a 99 back during Zero Chill so Im excited to see if its consistent. I use Sapp, Karlaftis and Barmore in a dollar set with 3 down linemen. Any of them could technically play DT but Sapp takes the snaps there because of his XF and high weight. In general, the important features of a DT in order are as follows: 1. ability stack, 2. weight, 3. attributes. Last thing I wanna cap it off on is just Madabeast. We all know how good he is with XF and inside stuff for 1 ap, only problem is his low overall but Y2K will bump him up at least one. I hope this is helpful.

The stack he gets on his tribute makes him a great run defender
As a point of reference, & looking for some GREAT advice from this GREAT mut.gg community, which DT would you all suggest I choose from their respective "free BND" packs: Phillips or Barmore...& I would use either of them along side DT Sapp in both a 4-3 & 3-4 scheme....Thanks a bunch for all who reply....Enjoy
