Best LB alternatives?

Who are the best players to use OOP for all LB positions?  I know it's possible to use CB/FS/SS in some of these positions, but their OVR and attributes get reduced.  Who are the best ones to plug into any of the LB spots?

Only thing gets reduced is awareness and idk if thats a thing anymore. Nothing else does. 

Any tall and fast person works but people have been liking the GT Hill.
