None of them are best in slot. Depends what you need. 

X Factors take out youngblood and walker. 

Gates is fine but so many other TE and ones that can block much better. 

Smith is decent but you also have a ton of 6 4+ WR at 97+ as well

Chinn is going to be the best 98 but we have SOOOOOO many other great SS too but you can put them at FS/SS/CB
