Best non TT/Affordable RB?

I know the CA Hillis/Vick and Barry are normally the go-to's because of the x-factor's. Outside of them what are your favorite options?

I still like the stats of CJ2k but not sure if he's worth the extra over pacheco/cook.

I’m still running 94 Playoffs James Cook. His agility/COD /juking is disgusting. He’s not gonna truck guys, he will get stuffed on the Goal Line up the middle, but in the open field he is an amazing RB and is also one of the best receiving RBs in the game.

Achane has been pretty sweet for me, he's a burner and gets free matchup nightmare which has bailed me out in the passing game a few times.
